How to Book Your Session:

Booking your maternity session is simple and straightforward. Here’s how to get started:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via our website or email to let us know your due date (or your baby’s birthdate if they are already born) and your preferred session package.
2. Confirm the Date: We recommend booking your maternity session between 28-34 weeks of pregnancy to ensure you’re showing your beautiful bump without feeling too uncomfortable. However, we welcome last-minute bookings, so don’t hesitate to reach out no matter when you’re in your pregnancy journey.
3. Retainer Fee: To secure your session and hold your spot, a $100 retainer fee is required at the time of booking. This fee will be applied to your final payment. Your session will only be confirmed once the retainer fee is paid and the contract is signed.
4. Bundle with Newborn: If you’re planning to capture your newborn’s first moments as well, consider bundling your maternity session with a Newborn Photography Package! This option not only offers you a discount but also guarantees a seamless experience as we’ll be familiar with your style, preferences, and the look you want for your family portraits. 5. Final Payment: The balance of your session is due on the day of your photoshoot. We’ll confirm the details, location, and time before the session day.

Travel & Weekend Fees:

• For locations within 15 miles of Fremont, there is no travel fee. For locations beyond 15 miles, a travel fee may apply, and we’ll discuss this with you when you book.
• If you’d like to schedule your session for a weekend, there is an additional fee of $150 on Saturdays and $250 on Sundays.
